If we are not successful with our planning application our agreement automatically dissolves.

Nothing. We carry all of the costs throughout the process.

We aim to resolve the Option Agreement within the first four weeks, achieve planning permission within the first 5 months and complete the purchase within 6 months. We are beholden to the Council’s timescales once the planning application has been submitted and so our Option Agreement allows for contingency. We can also adjust our agreements to accommodate your own timescales meaning we can achieve planning permission but hold off completion until you are ready.
